Tishman Speyer Comp?
Anyone have insight into what they pay? Could be for acquisitions or asset management team. I don’t really trust the info on the salady database since I have seen crazy numbers on there before, for which I know to be false.

Career Resources
They have an asset management posting in NYC and salary is $100-110k which is really low imo.
Depending on YOE. If it’s 1 YOE, then 110 is right around market, maybe slightly below.
How much experience I'd say if your coming in with 2-3 years of experience ask for $150k base 30% bonus. I know someone with 2 years of experience asking for $200k base, $300k all in with bonus and they got through to another round for interviews so shoot for the moon especially at TS.
interesting, that's higher than i would've thought. was that an acq role?
That person asking for 200k base was interviewing at TS?
Fake news
which part do you think is fake news?
Yeah but I’m sure the offer letter will be a low ball. TS doesn’t pay a lot, known to be on low end
how much for an associate?
To clairfy this wasn't for TS but I'm assuming they pay well although hours suck. These were for other roles and I think at 3 years of exp $150k is really not alot in NYC is what I meant. I'd assume you may be offered lower on base and total comp could add to this but it's bc the city is so expensive so you really need to be making $150k+ to really live decently here.
Anyone knows for Chicago? For Director and higher? And at what level do they get carry or profit participation?
Good place to learn. Not a good place to make money. That's why everyone leaves after a few years
