Wish some of you can chime in. I'm wondering if anybody has gotten a TN Visa (as a Canadian) recently working in real estate investments/development (ie: Tishman, Related, etc...). If so, which job category/classification was it under and if you have a lawyer you can recommend.

I've had Ackah law in Calgary do a bunch of work for me and they've done it well. I interviewed ~4 or 5 firms before going with them.
Really good about follow up if you are lazy like me with forms etc. :)
