Any insight into Tricon Residential specifically their Canadian-focused residential investment team?
I know they were just bought by Blackstone.
But any insight into the comp, culture, team dynamics etc (analyst level)
Yes, a few of my former colleagues work there. Comp seems to be at the top of the market but longer hours than most firms. I haven't heard anything specifically about culture...
Comp is one of the highest on the street and from what I've seen, pretty smart guys. Hours I've heard are around 12-13 but that's anecdotal
can you give any numbers for each level/years of experience?
and is it 12-13 hours weekdays or every day?
Don't know exact numbers for salary. For hours atleast, I've been told 12 weekdays and weekends are usually pretty calm unless you are going through a deal
