What is the typical analyst comp for REPE currently in NYC? (base, bonus, etc) How does this number scale up for associates?

Really 180-220? That seems like outlier 2021 comp numbers, not buying it….
Base is 110 + (60-90% bonus). Also this is excluding signing bonus

incoming acq AN1 at ~top 50 firm in PERE (ignore title) in east cost city thats not NY: 90 base. idk bonus number yet
ik MFs in NY still offering 100-110 base based on salary transparency on job postings (thank you New York laws) but doubt they get 180 as said before all in. 70k bonus is IB or 2021 insane year outlier. have a friend in chi at a top 30 firm going in at 100 base and he doubts he breaks 145 all in
Is this true? I’m at a top 50 PERE in NYC and have guaranteed minimum all in of 140k with a max of 170k. Not an MF either. I would be very surprised if NYC MFs were not paying at least 170k all in
