Has anyone done any deals with them in the past. We currently have a term sheet with them for a refinance. Does anyone have any experience working with them, or the general sense of how good of a team they are. I can't seem to find much about their background. For a large investment bank I have not heard too much about them in the commercial real estate lending space.
