Undergrad looking for information on REPE and REIB in Toronto

Hi everyone I am in the first year of my undergrad and looking to get into either REPE or REIB. I have a decent understanding of what they each do and the type of work they are involved in. I know the main ones for REPE are Slate Kingsett Crestpoint Hazelview and starlight. I was hoping to find out the following:

1. Top banks/teams in Toronto for REIB?

2. Realistic expectations for weekly hours between REIB and REPE?

3. Realistic salary range for each?

4. Any sources people can share to earn about networking starting and keeping lasting connections etc. never had to network before.

5. Any general advice for successfully breaking into the industry
