What do bonuses at Lennar look like?
I see some analyst position at lennar and am curious as to what analysts get for bonuses at lennar? Is it a good place to be at for comp?

Pretty sure it’s shit. Knew someone that applied out of IB and it was like 60k base or something silly
Did he get a bonus?
On the home building side or the multifamily development side?
I’m interested in either. I can’t find info on this
On the homebuilding side (only job I'd want is land acquisition), I can't imagine it is the greatest as that isn't rocket science, but I'd guess $60-80k + bonus depending on what market you're in. The multifamily business is now called Quarterra, and they're having a super hard time, and I wouldn't recommend starting your career there at this point. I also doubt they're hiring. Their funds are getting crushed and there isn't going to be any promote, most of the talent has left or is on the way out.
Is anybody looking at LMV1? What is guidance and where do you think it ends up?
Hmm not sure about analyst position but the bonuses if you work as a sales rep, is solid. They train you and usually you needs years of experienced. I knew people making 6 figures.
As for home builders, commission wise you can do better at other builders (I.e Pulte homes) as for new builds they have reduced their commissions in many markets from 3% to 2%. Not sure how that affects analysts but I’m guessing it reduces things….
