On the homebuilding side (only job I'd want is land acquisition), I can't imagine it is the greatest as that isn't rocket science, but I'd guess $60-80k + bonus depending on what market you're in.  The multifamily business is now called Quarterra, and they're having a super hard time, and I wouldn't recommend starting your career there at this point.  I also doubt they're hiring.  Their funds are getting crushed and there isn't going to be any promote, most of the talent has left or is on the way out.

 

Hmm not sure about analyst position but the bonuses if you work as a sales rep, is solid. They train you and usually you needs years of experienced. I knew people making 6 figures

As for home builders, commission wise you can do better at other builders (I.e Pulte homes) as for new builds they have reduced their commissions in many markets from 3% to 2%. Not sure how that affects analysts but I’m guessing it reduces things….
