Which real estate modelling course to buy

Hey all, trying to decide on which real estate modelling course to buy. I had decided on the BWIS one but when reading the pre-requisites it says you have to already have basic modelling skills. I don’t know how to model and need to learn from scratch ( I understand three statement models but have never done DCF or LBOs). Is this course still suitable or should I get something different. Please advise, have an interview to prepare for. Thanks.

I’d also recommend Justin Kivel’s as well as a second for ACRE for self-paced options.

I’ll also shamelessly plug - If you want a personalized 1-1 approach, I work in REPE full time but also do a little bit of conceptual and modeling tutoring on the side. This is meant to supplement any modeling courses you have done (ACRE, Udemy, etc) or replace them entirely if you prefer this method of learning. Typically we complete practice case studies together (real case studies that institutional shops administer during interviews). I’ve found that people love this approach as it exposes their defeciencies and then we subsequently addresses them, whether it be learning a new product type (ex: switching from multi -> industrial) or learning new concepts (waterfalls, preferred equity, construction schedules, etc). Happy to chat further if you want - feel free to DM. Our website is below as well.
