Not sure what country you're recruiting in, but in the US no one is going to look at a 3 page resume for an entry level position.
What irrelevant things i could remove. Kindly suggest. This is for India, anyways.
Take the summary and highlights off, your resume should implicitly tell all this. Accomplishments should be incorporated to experiences.
Take off the audit assignment description + no one cares about your XII grades or whatever.
Keep your certification in one line, additional info should all be one liners, forget the signature part
Thanks for your suggestion. I have incorporated accomplishments to experiences. Removed highlights part. Retained summary part because i went through resumes online and summary formed part of every resume. Audit description i have restricted to 3 major assignments to project industry and business knowledge. XII grades i removed.
Certification description i have retained to show some level of hands on experience to the recruiter. Signature i had removed. I have reattached the new file. Need your comments.
The lines are much more blurred outside of the U.S. and certain regions of Europe (e.g. UK). Most countries just have investment banking and they focus on MM and larger deals.
Please for the love of god delete all the blacked out info from the resume and save it as a new PDF before uploading it. I just opened your resume in adobe acrobat reader, clicked on the blacked out highlight and hit delete and I can see all the information.
