Some observations: 1) Company descriptions aren't required. 2) Put your interests one one line: Jogging, Photography, Swimming 3) Sept 2015 instead of 07/2015 format looks more pleasing to the eyes 4) You need to make all the bullet points concise and crisp. Currently they are unnecessarily long.

Ex - Analyzed employee expense accounts for timely reimbursements. Led a team to conduct surveys on local citizens resulting in a response turnover rate of over 90%

There are many ways to write, take your pick.

I believe making a resume require a trick rather then advice. and the trick here is it should look presentable and easy to read in 10 sec. so all you need is a good app or software to build a professional resume for you. yes some online builders charge some amount of fees but you can find some free of cost resume builders as well. i found instaresume.nevontech very helpful. hope it helps you too.

You can definitely add more bullets to the more relevant/recent experiences you listed. You've got a lot of white space to do that. Also maybe cite more specific numbers when you talk about the specific things you've done during your past experiences, to lend more weight to what you're saying. Also elaborate on what you've listed under Extracurricular Activities. Your bullets are somewhat vague, but they hint at more interesting things.
