I looked at it for 30 seconds.
You need to use consistency. Only capitalize things that need to be.
Also, you listed Google as a skill, and Xbox as an interest.

Why are you taking such a hard winter? If you can get an internship in a related field, then take the internship instead of the class. Go to your career office, and say that you want a winter internship. From your classes taken (Calc 1 - 3), you seem like a smart kid. Just be persistent with the placement office, and get an internship. At the end of the day, you will satisfy the requirements for your degree to graduate. No one will really care if you took a winter class, and would be much more interested in what you learned throughout an internship at a real firm.

Consolidate the two college IT sections.
Get rid of the political economy concentration, the activities/awards section, and Xbox. The first two are clutter; the third makes you sound immature.
Ok to the first one I guess, but I've seen a decent amount of people put there minors on, and this is essentially the same? I mean it's not like I have a concentration in something totally unrelated like a language.
As for the activities/awards, how is that clutter? Are you saying I should just take all of that off?
I would leave the concentration. I think that people might say cut it because a resume screener might not know what to make of it. But I think it adds more than it detracts.
The National Merit and Principal's Scholar stuff is irrelevant now that you're in college and getting closer to real experience through internships, at least in my opinion. I guess your formatting is more annoying than anything else.
This. I guess I'm biased -- at my university, kids would (toolishly) put their concentrations in X and Y, when in reality, it was just taking one or two additional classes. It meant next to nothing. I do know that SMU has concentrations (or whatever they call them) within the economics major that take a while to complete and are quite rigorous, though. It's all relative.
