Need advice on my resume pls

Hey guys, I'm an incoming master student at Oxford with one year of experience in IB.
I'm looking for some advice on my resume below. My major concern is that I know how important is it to show results vs just responsibilities on resumes, but I'm not sure if I have shown enough / how do I show more results.
I had to block some information cause I haven't left my current role yet.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
