Recent Grad trying for boutiques

I'm a recent finance graduate from a Canadian semi-target university (gets a lot of hate here on WSO, you can probably guess which one). I know my resume could be a lot better but I'm not sure how to go about improving it. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions you guys have.

at first glance, you need to sell quicker. Don't expect people to read the entire bullet, just the first few words. People read up down, left to right, but unfortunately when they see a 3.2, they won't read down too far and too much to the right. Therefore, you need to organize everything to include the most impressive content as top right as possible starting with the strongest selling point. Just think about reading some randoms persons facebook page

So very quickly, put numbers, catch phrases, and jargon/acronyms as close to the top left. that should yield a major improvement and get this back to us asap

So i posted an updated version that is way different. Eliminated some of the stuff I had on there before because I realize wasn't impressive sounding/relevant. Now I feel like it might be somewhat sparse though.

Suggestions would be really appreciated.
