Resume of Rising Junior from Non-Target

Like the title says, I am a rising junior from a non-target university. Any and all criticism and tips are more than welcome. Just a bit of background: I am aware that there is absolutely no relevant work on here at the moment. I studied abroad the beginning of this summer, which really hurt me in securing an internship for the remainder of this summer (although I am positioned VERY well to secure an internship throughout the upcoming school year starting this August). Alright, let loose and share your thoughts, monkeys.

Resume looks good. Take off some of the Fraternity stuff. $450,000?? I would re-check that number and be able to back it up. Also New member educator, which is a pledge master, I would say take it off. Its a liability issue and you don't want people to ask about it due to hazing issues. I suggest focusing on what you did in the fraternity more like events, community service and so on. Check the format for mistakes in text alignment, spacing and such. Otherwise its good.

If you fall down, make sure you get back up with a vengeance!

"Mr. Mumbai"

depending on where he went to school, especially if he was at a big southern state school, that number is easily possible.

The budget is accurate, but it is used for paying employees (house mom, chef, etc.) and not just parties lol. Ya, I wasn't too sure how people would feel about the new member educator/pledge master being included. Part of me wants to keep it just because it truly is the biggest leadership role I've had especially since within my house it is an executive position. Would you suggest an entire community service section, or just to add it under another bit already covering my fraternity involvement? Thanks for the input!

I would suggest removing the Fraternity from professional experience moving it to leadership roles. As being in a fraternity is not a professional role (in my opinion anyways). So just move that entire part into the leadership role and remove the New member educator part. I also have experience being a pledge master for a line for my fraternity chapter and I know how big a role it is. I would rather keep it in my back pocket to mention when asked questions like "When was a time when you were under a lot of pressure?". That's when I would talk about that role and how I had to manage my education, the role as well as other activities (shows you can handle various tasks at one time).

If you fall down, make sure you get back up with a vengeance!
