You could add some results to the experience section. For example your first point in the Lennox Vineyards after the ouput part, you could resulting in X amount of output and increasing revenue by X%. Or resulting in the highest yield over the past 5 years. You can try to quantify the results.

Taking a quick look:

  1. Check out the format from my site in the sample resume here: http://www.bankonbanking.com/resume-revisions/

  2. Under your education section, you don't need a date range - instead simply list the month and year of graduation. Additionally, add some bullet points - include your cumulative and/or major GPA, your major (change the "Focus:..." to a bullet point, any relevant coursework, any honors, and your SAT (if it is a good score - see this link for SAT scoring: http://www.bankonbanking.com/2010/07/07/sats-gmats-and-lsats-oh-my/

  3. For your work experience, include the month and year. Overall you need to punch up your bullet points with stronger action verbs and focus not just on what you did, but how you did it (what you utilized, performed, etc) and then the impact your contribution made on the team

  4. Change "Personal" to something like "Extracurricular Activities and Certifications" then list your 1st bullet point, your 2nd, and combine your 3rd and 4th. Additionally, you can fill up some more room on your resume by separating your Found member bullet into its own section - Leadership or Extracurricular Activities and change the last section to Certifications and Interests. Then you can expand on what you've done as the founder.
