Resume Structure Recommendations

Hey guys,

I want to craft a resume that will pique the interest of PE recruiters. My experience includes 1.5 years of middle market lending, primarily to healthcare companies, of which ~50% of transactions were leveraged finance transactions. Prior to that and at a different bank, I did 1.5 years of institutional relationship management.

I feel like both positions can contribute value to a MM PE shop, although that may sound biased coming from me haha. Anyways, since I don't have deal experience as an IB Analyst, what's the most effective way to structure my resume? Are there any buzz words I should work in? How long (# of pages) is concise?

If it makes any difference, I did relationship management at State Street and MM lending at KeyBank. Neither is elite, but both are decent places. I'm currently working on completing my u/g degree from Georgetown University. A summer internship at SS during my junior year turned into a full-time job, so I temporarily left school. Should I include the summer internship on the resume as a lead-in?

In addition to recommendations, let me know if you have questions, because chances are, if you have them, someone else will too.

Thanks in advance.
