Honestly haven't received many interviews (only 2 + 1 was conversion in any case), so was wondering if my CV was throwing it off. Have been doing extremely accurate and extremely fast in all OAs too, so trying to figure out where I'm going wrong

Have you heard from your SW conversion interview? Most of the SWs have wrapped up by now. (Assuming you are aiming for IBD)
HR of my SW bank is fucking shit lol, but yea it's IBD I'm going for. Seems like most places are opened by now though, but I'll keep my chin up. Do you have any tips for HVs? I feel like there isn't really much you can do there apart from know your behaviourals :/
to improve your HVs record yourself answering behaviorals, you'll notice a lot you can improve on regarding posture, eye contact, stuttering, etc.
Yeah as the other comment said record yourself speaking in front of a camera and be confident in speaking.
To prep for behaviourals use a document to structure any potential questions beforehand with the STAR method. Don't read from notes whilst speaking
