Apparently, there is a profile that will give you an 80-90% chance at schools like HBS/GSB/Wharton:
750+ GMAT 3.8 GPA Ivy League undergraduate degree Work experience at GS or McK Extracurricular includes alumni involvement and very active participation in an ethnic identity organization

Depends. If this were a African American/Hispanic female I'd say the chance is nearly 100%.
If it's an African American/Hispanic female, they'd get a full-ride to W. And barring any interview shenanigans I'd expect near 100% chance @ H/S. That profile is just so rare.

Good question, but given that I will most likely never face that decision, I'll just play the Prestige douche and quote a famous WSO user: "Harvard or bust".

replace GS with GS+KKR/Apollo/etc and I'd say 85-90% is accurate for H/S. that profile has essentially 100% chance at wharton

Yup know people with the same profile at HSB/GSB. Usually 2 years at GS and then at top tier PE megafund.
