Advice on academics

Hi there, I am new to this forum so I hope I am not out of bounds for seeking advice.

So here is the dilemma, I am 23 years old and I have one year left of my Bsc in business with a major in finance at the University of Iceland, my GPA is around 3.7 and I really want to seek a masters in something that can land me a career related to risk management or investment management from a top tier school. I have gotten really interested in mathematical finance as a subject so I just wanted to ask if some of you would consider either taking an additional Bsc in mathematics or a masters in financial economics at my University a good idea to increase the likely hood of getting in to say MIT or LSE (just an example) for an additional masters.

I know this maybe sounds weird, but would a bsc in business and a bsc in math be better then a bsc in business and a masters in economics when applying for a masters in something related to either risk management and/or investment management ? Lets face facts, I know a hedge fund manager or a big Investment bank would never call me back after a job application only have gone to the University of Iceland.
