Am I screwed? (Grad School GPA)

I am trying to get back into graduate school, but here's the background story:

  • Graduated from non-target with a sub 3.0 GPA, (2.8-2.9), networked my way into a BB in a secondary market.
  • After my first year, I decided to enroll in a graduate program (part-time MSF) after pressure from my parents to get back into school for a master's (I'm a first-generation college student). I tried to take 6-9credit hours part-time while working 80 hours a week and ended up with a 2.9 GPA, got put on academic probation and chose not to continue the program. Terrible idea....no excuses.

I'm now a third-year Analyst and recently accepted a Corp Dev role at a F50. This group is very uptight about their folks having a grad degree (not an MBA, necessarily but any related grad degree). The CFO liked me enough to hire me, but basically hinted at me needing to go back to school if I ever wanted to move up.

I need to get into a graduate program but I don't think I'll be accepted at any of the local schools since I already have 9 graduate-level hours with a sub 3.0. Do I have a shot at getting in anywhere or am I basically screwed at getting into another program because of the sub 3.0's?
