American University?

Is this a fairly respected school in general?

A frat brother of mine is leaving Corporate Banking to attend the MBA program. He'll have to take out roughly $75-90K over 2 years (living expenses only I think)

The business school is unranked, but I don't want to be a dick and tell him to ditch the scholly and go somewhere else. I'm in the Southeast so I'm not too familiar with this school.

As far as an MBA program, I don't think their respected that much if at all; I mean they're not ranked for a reason and if you look at their employment outcome you can see that. If your friend is targeting the DC metro area, then maybe I see the merit but their are still better programs he can target(GWU/UMD/Georgetown) that will provide better opportunities even if it cost more in the short term.

Hope this helps!
