Applying to PhD programs...with no calculus

I have been trying to narrow down my school choices, but I'm running into some roadblocks. I went to a small school nobody has ever heard of and got a BBA in Economics. My GPA was 4.00, and I finished it in 2 years. I never took a calculus course while in school, but a couple of my econ courses made use of calc, and I did take 2 stats courses. The problem I have is that I don't have any proof I can do calculus. A lot of schools, even outside the top 50 and even for simply MS or MA degrees in Econ, specifically state that you must have so many credits in calc to go there. The best I can possibly do is take a Calc I CLEP, but I doubt that would be enough. My GRE scores are stellar, but there's no calc on the GRE. The only option I can think of is to get an MS at another school with lax requirements, but that will waste another year of my life. I welcome any advice.
