Berkeley IEOR vs USC Marshall vs UVA

International students here who got accepted into the following schools. I aspire to break into IB/Consulting after graduation (west/east coasts are both fine with me). Costs are also not the issue. Which one should I choose?

Berkeley:
pros - better name recognition, great engineering program, can apply to haas in junior year, ieor offers flexibility in various fields

cons - cut throat competition? clubs r selective and grade deflation. if my gpa is low i might notbe able to get into haas and interviews w ibs

USC:
pros - marshall is recognized; business school great connections smaller class size easier to get internships?

cons - not really a target for ib as compared to berkeley? not as recognized

UVA:
pros - target school on the east coast if can get into mcintire, great program

cons - if cannot get into mcintire will be disadvantaged? not as prestigious as the other 2?

thank you!
