CFA® Level 1 Study
Hi all, I recently just started to study for the CFA® level 1 exam for November... (right after graduating UG last week). I know a lot of people might think I'm crazy, but I think this is the best time to go for it since I'm still in academia mode. But anyway, what are some methods and strategies that you guys have utilized to pass level 1? I'm using Kaplan Schweser's program, btw. Thanks :)
Svhweser is all you need. 2-4 hrs study per day would be enough.
That's really good to hear. I was watching the intro videos for the exam on Kaplan and they mentioned to also review the CFA 1 books as well. Low-key gave me a heart attack because that's going to be a lot of reading and redundancy...
CFAI books and Mark Meldrum all you really need in my opinion.
I keep hearing this Mark Meldrum guy. Is he really this good at teaching and reviewing the material for the exam?
yes! level 1 stuff is actually free on his yt channel.
but he's incredible. I'm progressing more smoothly than i thought i would, the guy explains everything like a pro. check him out, you'll be thankful for him
Took him for lvl 1 and it was great, I didn't even open the CFA books.
How’d you do?
