Don't worry man, you're in really good shape, it seems like you should have a very competitive application. Just make sure you put some work into your essays when you apply and at least keep your grades where they are (if not get them higher), but you'll be fine.

Side Note: If you choose to go the Ivey route, when you apply out of high school you won't get accepted right away, you get what is called an Advanced Entry Opportunity (AEO). This is because the program starts in third year. If you do get AEO, then you will still need apply to get in during your second year. However, as long as you maintain an 80 average and continue to participate in extra-curriculars, then you will get in. If you don't get AEO status, then you can still apply in your second year, there are just fewer seats available and you will have to have higher grades/better extra-curriculars. Just something to keep in mind.

Best of luck, keep working hard, and it's all going to work out for you in the end.
