Chance me for HBS/GBS/Wharton etc.

I'll cut right to it:

GPA: 3.9 from a top 5 undergraduate business program GMAT: 740 Work experience: 3 years at a fortune 10 firm in a corporate finance rotational/leadership development program ECs: community involvement/volunteering.

If my chances are weak, what can I do to improve my app?

It's just like MBB recruiting. Branded experience plus decent GMAT and GPA. They don't really give importance to schools. If they did, undergrads from Pakistani non targets wouldn't get accepted. Their focus id on the quality of the experience and your recommendations and the brand of your experience. Write a great SOP and you have 25-30% chance. That low because it's still HBS and they keep their acceptance rates low

This has to be a troll. These are some of the top schools in Pakistan.

Of course the top students from a country like Pakistan will get into top schools.
