Chances at a t10 and what should I do to strengthen chances over the next couple years

Hi all. I feel like the passion I used to have in IB is dwindling away and I was thinking of going to business school in the next couple of years to pivot. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to improve my chances and any insight into how my background stacks up? Thank you!

-I am from the NE region and after HS I went and played hockey in Sweden for a couple of years (incredible experience). While I was up playing, I got my general education requirements out of the way from an online CC -After my international experience, I went to a lib arts school (semi-target) in the NE for 2 years and ended up with a 3.5 GPA -Had 3 internships throughout my 2 years in undergrad (1 was a SA position at a small boutique and the actually extended me FT starting spring of my final year so I was working not crazy hours but 40-50 hours on top of 4 classes before graduating and joining full time) -After about a year I moved to a larger MM bank -I have passed 2/3 CFA exams -A lot of volunteering prior to banking -710 GMAT

Not this upcoming cycle but the year after. I want to earn some more money before taking a couple years off from FT work as well as strengthen my app more.
