Chances at M.S. Finance Programs

Hi, I am a senior finance major, accounting minor at a non-target school in New England. After I graduate I'll start at a Big 4. I'm looking to pursuing my MSF after about a year or two and I want to know my chances of getting into Vandy, Boston College, Fordham, and Baruch. Any other school recommendations would be appreciated. I am also interested in a ranking of these schools in terms of both prestige and placement in investment banking. Based on their perspective websites it seems to me that Vanderbilt has the best placement stats.

My Profile: Age 22 BS. Finance from a non-target 3.2 GPA Will have worked for a Big 4 within Risk and Advisory (not TAS) for at least 1 year by the time I apply GMAT score: 700 (may retake this summer for a higher score)

I'm most concerned about my GPA.

I'll be attending Vandy MSF this fall with only marginally better stats and WE. If you have the time, I'd get in touch with the MSF staff the summer before you apply. Not sure about other schools but they really appreciate the initiative. Knock the essays and interview out of the park and you should be golden. Good luck
