Decisions Decisions - CFA® v Certificates

I have come to the point in my life where I know what I want career wise. After working in Technology department at an asset manager and then working with the Quant team I have learned a lot about what I want.

I know I am not a big enough fan of quant to try to get my PhD especially if you consider all the undergrad and graduate classes I would have to take. I wouldn't be out of school until I am 40.

I however am a huge fan of the business subjects (corp finance, econ, accounting, real estate etc). I am currently waiting on the CFA®
level I results. I was also looking into taking classes when I have time.

I found these graduate certificate programs at Harvard Extension. Obviously not the real Harvard but would these be worth the cost?

Here is the link:

My employer would pay for anything in the Business section that could be related to FI/Equity asset management.

Any thoughts on this? Also could just slowly go thru the process of getting my undergrad degree could easily take 6 years and might create time conflicts at some point.
