Do I have a chance at the top business schools?

I know this going to sound extremely unbelievable, but I am graduating from a top Ivy League university undergrad business school with a 3.3-3.4 GPA (still waiting on one grade) with a concentration in finance and business analytics but a 780 GMAT.

I know that's an abysmally low GPA for business considering most of my peers are at LEAST 3.5 and I know many many people who have a 3.9+. However, I really worked hard and got my act together studying for the GMAT and scored a 780 this past winter and also I am not planning on applying to an MBA program until I've worked about 1-2 years and I already have a job after graduation at a top firm in NYC.

I was wondering if these things (in addition to good recommendation letters and essays) could help to offset my rather poor GPA, which I will fully admit was due to my lack of care and effort during my undergrad years.

My target schools are Wharton and Harvard but obviously they have very high standards so I was wondering if I even have a shot at any of the top business schools in the country.
