Chances for Top MBA Admission?

Hey everyone. I'm in my first year of work after graduating from school and I'm strongly considering pursuing an MBA, ideally at a top program. I'm hoping you guys can give me some judgment on my odds of admission or identify deficiencies in my background. I'm hoping to use this info to better position myself for admission in a few years.

Background:

  • Country: US
  • Education: T30 US school with a 3.6 in a Finance major with an aggressive and difficult course load. Also had some extenuating circumstances that likely harmed my grades, particularly in my Junior year. Skipped a year in elementary school and graduated college in 3 years so graduated at age 20 (21 now).
  • GMAT: 730 and 750 in 2 practice tests I've taken with a little studying. Shooting for 750+ on the real deal after a lot more studying.
  • Job: Analyst at a small boutique and finance-focused consulting firm. I'm a top performer so far and expect quick progression. Could make manager before I actually apply but Associate at a minimum.
  • Recommendations: Good relationships with higher-up folks at my firm, some of whom are pretty impressive folks. Also alumnus of a couple of my target schools.
  • Post-MBA: Hoping for either VC, HF, or MBB consulting. Also open to manager+ roles at F500 companies (depending on the comp and company).
  • Extras: Have some volunteer and non-profit work.

Target Schools

  • U Chicago Booth
  • Penn Wharton
  • HBS
  • Stanford GSB
  • MIT Sloan
  • Dartmouth Tuck
  • Columbia
  • Duke Fuqua

Would appreciate any help you guys can provide me.

Thanks
