Do I have a shot at any top schools?

Interested in pursuing an MBA to gain business contacts and pursue a management role in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Device
T15 is possible , I think M7/T9 will be tough
Check out Duke and Vandy. You'd fit both class profiles and both have strong healthcare connections I believe
That's what I've heard. Duke is what I'm shooting for
TFA and a solid analytical problem solving/leadership role are good experience for an MBA program. Have you been promoted at any of those roles?
The UG isn't a plus but it's not going to kill you. The UG plus a 700 GMAT is another story. I'd try to retake if you have it in you; 730+ would put you in a much stronger position across the board, especially for Duke. You want to eliminate any doubt that you can handle the workload. Your pre-and-post MBA goals align really well.
The opportunities out of Vandy just aren't on par. It's worth one more sit at the testing center. You'd be a good fit for weekend courses at Booth/Kellogg; the opportunities there are closer to what you'd see at a Duke (much better than Vandy). 25-30%+ of the weekend program are folks just like you who keep working and fly in every weekend. Talk to a few of them; it's better OCR.
HI kmkayser,
I also think you have a competitive profile for Vandy and Duke and they are good options given your goals. Haas would be nice, but it's a stretch, unless you raise that GMAT. Also consider Johnson and Tuck.
Don't sell your work experience short. TFA is highly regarded. And if you can show growth on the job, data analytics is definitely a hot field and desirable.
Best, Linda
TFA + 3.7 + Data Science is an attractive combo. Can I convince you to give the GMAT another shot? 700 is going to be tough at top programs where averages are ~730ish. Get a tutor and get your score up for the best possible shot.
