Double major in particle physics and behavioral economics?

I'm trying to think of the best major to break in IB and also do something I'm passionate about. Do you think applied physics and theoretical economics creates a good qual/quant analysis base? I've never seen someone do this and I wanted to hear what people think.

Thanks!
