Eastdil MBA Salary?

I've seen Eastdil takes MBAs at the Senior Analyst level. Obviously, when the other main finance option is to start at a BB/EB/MM IB at the associate level, it could mean leaving a lot of money on the table. Does anyone have any insight as to the pay? Would it be the same as starting out from scratch fresh out of undergrad + a year?

From my understanding, even some REPE and Development firms like Hines and TCC hire MBAs

Having interviewed at Eastdil I would say they generally do not look highly upon MBA graduates. They vastly prefer to take 22-23 yr olds and direct promote to associate from there. I faced a ton of age discrimination (illegal btw) in the interview process, got strung along for months and never received an offer. If you're a little older with an MBA you'd be better served doing REIB or shooting for one of the large developers like you mentioned with a strong training program (Hines, TCC, Related etc.). Just my $0.02.

I believe $100k base for senior analyst, probably more like $120k for associate but I didn't get that far.
