European Business School tier list

I couldn't find something similar anywhere, but there are hundreds about US business schools. I would have died to have it when I was applying, so I am making it for the community.

I will only consider the pre-experience master's degrees of the schools (no bachelor's, no MBA). I will focus on how their prestige is perceived outside of their home countries, and how they place in their country and in London.

Obviously, it is based on my subjective perspective, but I will try to be as objective as possible.

ESCP is improving a lot in the last few years, it even passed ESADE in the FT ranking. ESADE is top tier in Spain and the EU, same for Nova in Portugal but it's not as strong outside, not tier 4 tho. UCD is very good. Maybe I can agree about Cass and Skema

escp has been top 5 European business school for half a decade. MiM top 5, MiF number 1. its in tier 1.5 now, voire 1. Mba seems to be climbing up too. Bachelors is a cash cow program though everyone knows it, but places into good masters after.

Esade has dropped off big, Essec too (still more prestigious in France where rankings don't change )

Is the MIF really that good

I’m very interested in RSM…what can you tell me about the MSc in Finance there?is it a good option to break in IB?

HEC, St.Gallen and Bocconi on par. Either T1 or T2 - don't care. But definitely above ESSEC, ESADE and ESCP.

Nova placements definitely improving from year to year. Surprisingly rising through the tiers

NOVA placement is pure shit, unless you are German, if you are German it places well in GermanyFor those that Are not Germans, please don't Go to NOVA, you will be disappointed

The worst moment at NOVA is when German employers (McKinsey, BCG…) come on the NOVA Campus to recruit Germans only and say „all Germans please step foward, all other nationalities please step away, we are here in Portugal to recruit Germans only" (paraphrased).

They have their events in german IN PORTUGAL, they speak german and as a non-german and non-portuguese you will just walk around the campus since there are no companies willing to hire you.

Please study elsewhere and don't come to NOVA if you don't belong to these 2 nationalities, or also if you are portuguese and want to work abroad (which means in Europe: UK)

NOVA does not actually deserve to be considered a top university
