Focus at Will app...how do you guys study while listening?????
I downloaded the focus@will app because a lot of people on here said it helps them focus. My question is...how do you guys listen to it while studying? I am doing tax class homework and cannot concentrate learning new material while the music is playing. Do you guys have it super low, what category/intensity? I cannot seem to have anything playing in my ears while I read my textbook
