Fully Online MBA / Field Engineer?

Brief about the profile:
Work experience: I work in the oil industry as a field engineer. I'm in front of a computer in the middle of nowhere all day.

I was accepted into LSU's MBA Full Time MBA program and was planning to start last August, but a week before class started I was offered a job I couldn't pass up. As anyone in the oil field knows, finding a job these last few years is extremely difficult so I couldn't so no.

I will be 12 months in the field by this upcoming August. I work 12 hour shifts at my current job which has TONS of downtime in front of the computer. I'm talking 75% of the shift is TV or preferably something more productive. I'm confident I can manage both at once.

Extracurriculars: Society of Petroleum Engineers, ASSE

Undergrad school/major: Louisiana State University, Petroleum Engineering

Other education/coursework: Exchange program at UNSW in Sydney, AU.

GMAT Score: Verbal: 37 / 83% Quant: 43 / 50% Total: 650 / 75% Analytical: 5.0 / 54% IR: 7 / 82%

Undergrad GPA: 3.76

MBA Info

The goal of MBA: I wanted to get an MBA before this job offer. Although I am happy to have this job, the excessive amount of downtime leaves me wanting to feel productive and to do something worthwhile. This seems like a great time to kill two birds with one stone.

Target schools: Fully Online, but if a residency week or two is needed that's fine. I'm looking at Penn State, Florida, LSU, and others.
