Grad School - How difficult are the courses?
How difficult is grad school in terms of the rigor of the courses? I know I am asking a difficult question, so let me elaborate.
I specifically want to know the difficulty of elite mba programs and MFin programs. (i.e. Harvard mba and mit mfin). How do they compare to undergrad classes at, say, Michigan State or University of Florida?
Most, if not all, MBA programs don't report GPA... so as long as you are at least semi-retarded, you will pass all of the courses.
Don't know anything about MBA, but elite MFin programs usually have fairly rigorous classes. Just look at the MIT Mfin courses and take a look at the syllabi and textbooks.

I believe many MBA programs have non-grade disclosure.

Once you're in and actually work you will be fine.
The "grad school is a party" and "the hardest part is getting in" mindset regarding MBA does not apply to MSF/MFin especially when you are talking the mid to top tier programs... generally the courses are quite rigorous but you can end up with an absolutely brutal schedule (i.e. little to no free time if you're really trying to get top grades on everything) depending on what courses you select... Not to mention there is a lot more pressure in a one year program.

True, but it's a solid top 20 program (peer schools are Cornell, Emory, CMU, UCLA, etc.). Also, it dominates the energy field.
I attended an MBA program at [url=http://www.babson.edu/graduate/admissions/programs/part-time-mba/Pages/… College[/url] and had an amazing experience. The program is the number one business school for entrepreneurship. I wouldn't use the word "hard" and instead say "challenging." The courses at Babson pushed me, but in a benefecial way. My teachers were an invaluable part of my learning experience and were all very invested in my success and understanding the material. I would not let the rankings or rigor of the courses intimidate you into not applying. If you push yourself, you will succeed!
