Graduating During the Middle of the School Year?

How bad does it screw up the recruiting process if I were to graduate at the end of the fall semester instead of the spring? I got screwed over with transfer credits and as it looks right now I have the following options.

A) Work myself to the point of exhaustion to graduate on time.

B) Stay the course and graduate in the middle of the year.

C) Take a total of 5 years to graduate and double major in finance/economics because I already have a lot economics credits.

Why would it matter for FT? All FT recruiting for IB/consulting at my school is in the fall.

I was thinking that since most people graduate in 4 years I would somehow mess up the recruiting cycle by graduating in 4.5 instead.

Easily explainable by your transfer IMO.
