Help! Msc in Finance or MSc Data Science and Financial Technology

Hi guys, so the topic I'm going to be asking about is probably one that has been spoke about at length here, and I believe as well in the entirety of the Finance Industry over the past 5-6 years.

And it relates basically between the role/future of Traditional Financial Analysts, and the often lauded(or feared) rise of the importance of coding and tech-specific skills/Data-Science in the Finance/Accounting Industry, with Python and Java being the typical culprits along with SQL database management/interfacing and stuff like Tableu often (In my experience looking at Job Offers in HK/SH) proficiency in Python + Sql + Tableu seem to crop up more and more often in Financial Analyst roles.

So, bearing all of the above In mind (note:these are just my own observations, maybe some of you might disagree about the increased importance of Coding in Finance and I'm open to discussion) I am faced with a choice between a Msc in Finance or a MSc Data Science and Financial Technology both at the University of Macau (HK, SH or something States-side is off the table with the state of the world atm)

For some background , 24, Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management Finance Focus from Switzerland, 1 1/2 years Finance Assistant at a tech-startup in London (2 total if you count internship time as well). Full-Stack Software-dev bootcamp graduate been working for 2 months now as a Junior software Engineer at a tech-consultancy.

The role I am currently working in is non-finance related but using Python/Java and just the type of work,  I feel is helping my Analytic/Mathematical acumen which imo is lacking considering my Bachelor and Accounting experience.

I really like the MSc Finance because I totally see myself getting a CFA in the future and the syllabus closely aligns with the CFA course material, but on the other hand I am legitimately fearful that a lot of the stuff being taught in this course risks becoming obsolete/outdated in the near future while the MSc Data Science and Financial Technology
