IB London Cass BS dilemma additional gap year

Hi,

I'm a student from Poland. I've bachelor degree and gap year before master. During gap year I cleared CFA 1 and 2 + got IB internship (6m) in Poland + got internship Ministry of Finance (1m) - all in Poland. My goal is to get the summer analyst IB 2020 in London. At present I have dilemma concerning my master studies. I've a place at Cass BS. I read that Cass is a semi-target uni for IB in London. Tution is pretty high - 28 500 £ but in general I can accept that cost. Nevertheless, I have some doubt whether this Cass BS will be accurate solution for me. Firstly, as a Pole I'm rather poor student. The tuition of 28 500 £ constitues the whole of my savings therefore I want to dedicate this sum in the best way (I do not want to come back to Poland with financial burden of 30 000 £). Secondly, Cass as a semi-target does not position me in the best possible manner. In other words, I know that Cass does not offer good price to quality ratio. To sum up, Cass has a lot of disadvantages but the main benefit is time - I can start off my master now.

I know that I have opportunity to studying in continental Europe for example at RSM where tuition is 2000 € so in result I can get similar placement to IB in London but for significantly lower cost. On the other hand, when I pass GMAT on greater score for 35 000 £ I will get diploma from target school from the UK. The main drawback of above-mentioned options is additional gap year. I know that during this year I'll be able to earn more money, get more experience in IB through internships, hone English but in general the waiting is quite exhausting and I feel that this will stop my career in the UK.

What do you think? Is the changing semi-target into target worth the whole additional gap year or is it better to accept place at Cass and chance my money to break into IB in this year?

Thanks in advance.
