LBS MFA or Cambridge MPhil in REF

Currently a senior at a lower tier ivy in the US, international background, came in as a liberal arts major and discovered interest in finance relatively late in the timeline. Found strong interest and niche in the real estate sector, and want to pursue a long term career in real estate investing. Got a little tired of the US and mostly found it very hard to find a job in NYC while not willing to move to other cities. I now have a few options between doing a 1-year master program in the UK, or recruit unemployed after grad, or directly move to London with HPI Visa which is a bigger move and riskier. I am curious if people have any thoughts on the comparison between LBS MFA program and Cambridge MPhil in Real Estate Finance:

1. Does Cambridge REF have a much better placement directly into MF REPE? Noticed on LinkedIn that a bunch of people at BX came from the program.
2. Is the course load at Cambridge manageable or actually intellectually interesting? I am not interested to do heavy work for grad school that does not help with my future professional work. Also worried about getting overwhelmed by course work and not having enough time for recruiting.
3. Can anyone comment on the culture at either program? Is it collegiate or competitive?

4. LBS just sound very fun and London must be a good time but I am worried that the program does not have direct connections into REPE.
