Letter of Recommendation from Family Work Experience

I plan on going to b-school in fall 2019. My most recent work experience is with my family. I started 6 months ago. My family came from a foreign country and was not formally educated -- same case with the employees at the firm. Is it going to be detrimental to my application? I work about 70-90 hours a week, and I left my asset mgmt job to turn this business around. So far, I have been doing an excellent job, but it's going to be hard to verify all of this without a letter of rec. What do you think is the best course of action?

Most schools ask for 2 letters of rec. Get one from your boss at your previous job. Ideally the second one can come from a large customer or professional, like your family business' accountant or lawyer or a big client or supplier. if none of those will work, go for a 2nd rec from your previous job.
