Letters of Rec master in financr

Hello everybody,

I am going to apply to top europeans MIF/MS in Finance by the end of the year for September 2018 intake. I already have a great letter of reco from a professeur but I have some question about the professional letter of recommendation.

So I am currently intern in a small M&A boutique and my boss is ok to give me a recommandation. However, he is really busy and asked my to write the letter first and then he is going to check if he agrees. Regarding to that issue, I would need some help from you guys

1) How should I structure my letter?

2) Since I my major was international business, should I write something about my quant skills/analytical mind?

3) My boss told me he never worked with analyst as motivated as me in his career (that does not mean the best, just I am always willing to learn, I want to improve myself every day and to work hard), do you think I should write something about that as well?

4) Any suggestions ?

Thank you guys,
