I am a Wharton MBA student who can crunch numbers and has experience trading rates. Any advice on how to recruit for Macro hedge funds? Haven't had any luck so far.

Pitch ideas. Write them down and mass e-mail them. Every MBA that reaches out to me looking for a job claims he's passionate about markets but is too lazy to write down an investment thesis.
