Master of Science in Financial Engineering - Cornell vs NYU Poly

I was recently admitted to NYU-Poly as well as Cornell for Financial Engineering. I'm currently weighing the pro and cons of each and would love to hear feedback from anyone who attended either program or has relevant info to contribute.

I am taking into account the following criteria in order of importance to me: placement, curriculum, location, & cost.

A little background on my exp/goals/etc. From CA, 24yrs old, equity analyst, CFA level II candidate, long term want to get into a HF or similar.

Cornell - Quantnet.com ranked #9 Degree without tracks / concentrations (within FE) First year in Ithaca (main campus) then final semester at CFEM (Cornell Fin.Eng Manhattan) 1.5 yrs @ ~65k/yr = ~98k

NYU-Poly (Brooklyn campus) Quantnet.com ranked #17 4 tracks available, I'd pursue Financial Markets and corporate finance In Brooklyn 1.5 yrs @ ~45k/yr = ~68k - 20% scholarship = ~55k

Please give me some feedback! I'd love to hear the good and bad for either or both.

Damn, some harsh reviews against Poly... I was leaning heavily towards Cornell as is. Still haven't heard back from UCLA. Any thoughts on that?

Cornell vs UCLA??
