Masters in Quantitative Finance: Stony Brook vs Rutgers

I have a background in the quantitative trading industry; with about 1 yr of experience. I have been unemployed for a year, and have offers from Stony Brook and Rutgers. Which would be better to help break into a quantitative hedge fund?
