MBA Advice

Hey Everyone,

After browsing around this forum, I am really impressed with all the insightful comments the users have to offer. I have a very basic knowledge about b-schools, and I'm looking for some sound advice as to which business schools I should target given my experience and education.

I am a European Studies major emphasizing in Management and Communications at Brigham Young University (Provo, UT). I just became a junior, so I know I'm planning a little early. I am highly interested in marketing and international business. I have participated in a number of marketing and communications internships mostly with startups and small companies. I'm hoping to graduate with at least a 3.7 gpa.

How much do business schools pay attention to what you study as an undergrad? and can you shed any light on Thunderbird university? is this a gimmick or the real deal? And assuming that I score above a 700 on the GMAT, do you think i would have a shot at any top 10 b-schools? Thank you for your help! I look forward to reading your comments
