MBA experience - what are my chances

I graduated with a 2.4 GPA from a non-ivy/non-top 20 undergrad with a technical major (think computer science, computer engineering). My low GPA was the result of my sophomore year in which I really struggled with the beginning classes for my major however after that year my grades trended upward and I ended up with a 3.49 as my last semester GPA. Despite my low gpa, I preserved and got a job at a Big4 consulting firm right out of college. My GMAT is a 730 and I have 3 years of experience.

Has anyone with a similar story gotten into a top 20/top 10 MBA program? If so, what aspects do I need to strengthen on my application?
