MBA or MSF after 3 years in retail Banking?

I'm interested in MIT MSF. Is it as good as MBA from top 15 schools? Also, should I get more experience or should I apply now? Because I've heard that MIT adcom doesn't candidates older than 25 yo. Will it be okay if I apply when I'm 27? Thanks
